COPYRIGHTS All business charts in our online shop, provided to you per download, are under the copyright protection of the Buy Biz Charts Ltd. You may use any purchased chart from Buy Biz Charts for personal use. But be aware of the copyrights, the charts issued by Buy Biz Charts AND the data on charts protected by source are under restricted copyright. You may NOT change both copyright notices on the chart, and you may NOT change the data of the charts. Also you do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through our website or during the purchase process in the online shop. LIMITED RIGHT OF USE In the strict sense of copyright terms you may NOT resell charts of Buy Biz Charts Ltd., and you may NOT make charts public, e.g. on your website. The copyright of the charts is owned by Buy Biz Charts Ltd. and you have no permission to publicize them – neither if you change the colors nor the title of chart nor the name of file. As a matter of fact, this would be an infringement on our copyrights and would be subject to penalties. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content (chart, graphic, data) or document from our website grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution). PRODUCT GUARANTEE Buy Biz Charts Ltd. gives NO product guarantee; we'll NOT refund the remaining portion of your investment. We produce and sell digital files, there's no way to physically 'return' or exchange. If you purchase a chart, you are agreeing with NO possibility to get your money back. Our charts are all digital files and there are no means of any actual goods being returned to Buy Biz Charts with the guarantee that the delivered files have been destroyed, therefore all sales are considered to be final and non-refundable. PRODUCT DELIVERY All charts are digital files delivered through download links provided to the client. All download links expire after 48 hours. A download link can be renewed however your written permission is required for such a renewal. Buy Biz Charts does not ship out physical goods such as CD’s or other form of storage media. Buy Biz Charts may refund any potentially fraudulent purchase. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION We are not responsible for information provided by the source of data on the charts. If you purchase a chart, you discharge Buy Biz Charts Ltd. from liability of the data accuracy. You understand that we have no control about the data accuracy or valid research of any source. Each source is responsible for all aspects of data accuracy and validity. You agree that use of such sources is at your sole risk and is without warranties of any kind by us. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your use of our website, your purchase in our online shop and use of our charts. DISCLAIMER The information from and through the website, all charts and all used data of sources are provided "as-is", "as available", and all warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed. The information, services and data of charts may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. We have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. VERIFY FUNCTION Buy Biz Charts Ltd. reserves the right to contact a registered client via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including their correct name and address) that is needed to provide the registered client with the information he or she requested from Buy Biz Charts. PAYMENTS You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us and our online shop that any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, and charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices. FRAUD By becoming a registered client, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions. Please note that your registration can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Buy Biz Charts Ltd. in its sole discretion.
