We use only reliable and trusted sources of new information from 2008 / 2009. All data are public and common (press releases only), re/searched by professional journalists worldwide. You will find the source to any chart in the product details before purchase.

From how many charts can I chose?
Recently we have more than current 500 charts available, and they become more every day. Our goal is to provide you with more than 5,000 charts at your choice.

Can I get my money back, if I can not use the purchased charts?
No, we don't give refunds. Because we produce and sell digital files, there's no way to physically 'return' or exchange. You will find detailed information to every chart (source, year of issue, type of diagram, number of bars, data type) to make your right decision before purchase.

Have I any limitations of use with your charts?
You may use any purchased chart from Buy Biz Charts for your personal use. But be aware of the copyrights, the charts issued by Buy Biz Charts Ltd. and the data on charts issued by the indicated source are under restricted copyright. You may not change both copyright notices on the chart.


Can I own and copyright the purchased chart?
No, you may definitely not! You do not get to own the copyright of the charts and their data. The copyright of the charts is owned by Buy Biz Charts Ltd. and the data are protected by the respective source. You may not change the copyright notice on the charts. 


Can I resell your charts?
No, you may definitely not! As a matter of fact, this would be an infringement on our copyrights and would be subject to penalties starting from $ 10,000.00 USD.


Can I make your charts public, e.g. on our website?
No, you may definitely not! The copyright of the charts is owned by Buy Biz Charts Ltd. and you have no permission to publicize them - neither if you change the colors nor the title of chart nor the name of the file. As a matter of fact, this would be an infringement on our copyrights and would be subject to penalties starting from $ 10,000.00 USD.


If I cannot find a chart I seek for, can you research or search for me?
No, we are sorry. We are an online shop only, and we can not research or search business data for you exclusively. But we would be pleased to know about your themes of interest, and perhaps you will find the chart you seek for some weeks later.


Why do you collect personal information at registration?
We request your name, address and e-mail address at registration, because these information are used solely to process orders (e.g. invoice creation) unless your prior consent is given. This information will never be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.
