Are your charts compatible with my application, how can I test it? To see if our chart is compatible with your software or application to integrate (e.g. in your business presentation), please download a free sample and make a test drive (in examples area).
What file formats are the charts available? Our charts are supplied in the picture format JPEG only. The size always is 1024 x 769 pixels, and can be integrated in every document easily.
What software do I need to work with the charts? No, particular. The JPEG format is all-purpose and works best in terms of giving you maximum flexibility, e.g. as picture in your intranet, in every presentation program or word processing and spreadsheet application.
What is the best way to integrate your charts in MS Powerpoint? This depends on the MS Powerpoint version you use. If you have installed MS Powerpoint 2003 or an earlier version: Go to 'Insert' menu select 'Graphic' and then select 'From File'. Choose our charts on your hard drive and directory, and please click 'Insert' to import. In case you have installed MS Powerpoint 2007: Go to 'Insert' menu select 'Graphic' as part of 'Artwork' and choose our charts.
Can I modify a purchased chart by myself? Yes, but restricted only! You may change the design structure (color, fonts, title), but not the copyrights or data of source on the chart. If you change the content like data and sources, you breach the copyrights.
Are charts logos resizable or can the colors be changed? Yes, but restricted only! The charts are in JPEG format, easy to resize, e.g. in MS Powerpoint, but be aware of the right proportion. For changing the colors you need professional graphics software for editing. You will not be able to carry out modifications with a presentation program, since the charts are pictures, without presentation functions.
Can you modify the design structure of charts for me? No, we are sorry. We are an online shop only, and we cannot design or create charts individually.
